Can I keep my existing mobile number?
Absolutely. We will port your existing number across to Summit so your customers do not notice any change. Same number, better experience.
How does the 1300 number work with my mobile?
You get a 1300 number that customers call. We set up rules for where that call goes. It can ring your mobile first, then a colleague's phone, then go to voicemail that is emailed to you. You can change the routing yourself through an online portal, or just call us and we will sort it out. There is no special hardware needed. Calls simply route to the phones you already have.
I work from home. Can I get business internet at my house?
Yes. If your home is within our fixed wireless coverage area, we can install business-grade fixed wireless with a static IP and optional 4G backup. If fixed wireless is not available, we offer Business NBN plans suitable for home-based trade businesses. Either way, you get a proper business connection for your admin, accounts, and CCTV.
What if I need internet at a job site temporarily?
Summit's mobile broadband service gives you a portable data connection you can take from site to site.
