Overview
Vosip Online, the trading name of Vosip (Aust) Pty Ltd, is a family-owned telecommunications provider based in Homebush West, NSW. Its business services include Cloud PBX, SIP trunks, inbound 1300 and 1800 numbers, fax to email and virtual mobile numbers on the voice side, nbn and business grade fibre on the internet side, and 4G and 5G mobile plans. The company traces its history to Cellular City, established in 1989, became an independent ISP in 2013 and added VoIP calling in 2018.
Businesses review their provider for plenty of reasons: a contract is ending, the team is moving office, or they want their phones and the internet connection those phones depend on to come from a carrier that deals only with businesses.
Summit offers a cloud phone system, SIP trunks, 1300 and 1800 numbers and business nbn with a static IP, plus 4G backup and business mobiles, all on a network we build, own and operate. Summit Internet is an independent carrier and is not affiliated with Vosip Online.
How Summit Helps
-
A Business-Only Carrier
Summit does not sell residential services. Every product, plan and support process is built around what businesses need, and we have been doing it for 26 years.
-
A Cloud Phone System With Every Feature Included
Hosted PBX starts from $10 per user per month and includes auto attendant and IVR, ring groups, call queues, voicemail to email, call recording and mobile and desktop apps. Handsets can be preconfigured and shipped to you, ready to plug in.
-
SIP Trunks for a Phone System You Own
Running your own PBX? SIP trunks start from 2 channels and scale up or down as your call volumes change.
-
Inbound Numbers and Fax to Email
Bring your 1300 and 1800 numbers across, and keep fax to email and on-hold messaging running alongside your phone system.
-
Business nbn With a Static IP
Business nbn comes with a static IP included, with speeds up to 2000/500 Mbps on full-fibre nbn. We also provide Ethernet over fibre.
-
Voice Prioritised on Your Own Carrier's Network
When your internet connection is also Summit's, voice traffic is prioritised with QoS. Our network has Points of Presence in NEXTDC data centres, with DDoS protection as standard.
-
4G Backup for When the Line Drops
4G Backup fails over automatically to Australia's biggest mobile network, with 98.8% population coverage, and fails back automatically when your main service returns.
-
Mobiles and One Bill
Add business mobile SIM plans, and your internet, phones and mobiles arrive on one bill.

Why Vosip Online Customers Choose Summit
- 01
Phones and Internet From One Carrier
A cloud phone system is only as good as the connection under it. With Summit, the phone system, the internet connection and the backup all come from one carrier that builds, owns and operates its own network.
- 02
A Licensed Australian Carrier
Summit holds ACMA Carrier Licence #388 and has been connecting Australian businesses since August 2000.
- 03
Every Feature, One Price Per User
Hosted PBX starts from $10 per user per month with every feature included, so adding a call queue or call recording does not change your plan.
- 04
Built Only for Businesses

We recently moved our dental practice over to Summit for phone services, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The team has been responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process. The transition was smooth, any issues were addressed promptly, and communication was always clear and efficient. Reliable phones and internet are essential for a busy practice like ours, and Summit has delivered exactly that. A special thank you to Michael for his patience and ongoing assistance during the transition. Highly recommend Summit to any business looking for reliable service and great customer support.Read more

After working with another ISP for several months to deliver a critical internet service for a major international sporting event, we were ultimately advised that the required upgrade was unlikely to be completed prior to event week. This left us facing a significant risk to service delivery. After exhausting all other options (and a few sleepless nights) we came across Summit Internet. From the initial conversation, Allan immediately understood the severity of the situation and quickly engaged his technical delivery team. Michael “Radar” was on site within days to assess and finalise a solution. Despite challenging conditions, including large trees and other obstructions, he worked tirelessly to design and implement an alternative approach. Leveraging an adjacent building, a temporary NBN connection, and a wireless link into the comms room, the solution was delivered within 24 hours of the initial site visit. Not only was the outcome faster than expected, but it was also more cost effective and delivered higher speeds than originally promised by the previous ISP. Over the course of the event, the service handled terabytes of data and supported hundreds of concurrent users without a single speed or performance issue. I cannot thank Summit Internet, particularly Allan and Radar enough for their exceptional service, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering under pressure. Highly recommended.Read more

Summit internet recently set my small business up with a local land line number and a soft phone that runs off an app on my mobile - getting my personal phone number off the internet and being able to distinguish between business and personal calls is a game changer. Whole process took less than a week, and is super cost effective. Highly recommend.Read more
